• 1999 Trinidad Single Origin Rum (Fernandes Distillery)

  A Prince of the Caribbean, this Rum was aged in new American oak barrel. Distilled in 1999 and bottled in Scotland in 2022, only 180 bottles were produced.

  Tasting Profile (45% ABV)
  A nose of rancio, tropical wood, nutmeg, and mace notes. At first, it opens up with raisins, sultanas, dried fruits, papaya, and guava. Then moving to coffee grounds, cocoa powder, liquorice root, and cigar box. The palate is sweet and complex, with long finish, showing an explosion of honey, orange, and kumquat notes.

• 2007 Barbados Single Origin Rum (Foursquare Distillery)

  An exciting and complex Barbados release. Aged in new American oak barrel, distilled in 2007 and bottled in Scotland in 2022, only 180 bottles were produced.

  Tasting Profile (52% ABV)
  Grassy, and herbaceous with lime leaf and citrus notes, alongside tangerine, nectarine, dried apricot, cassia bark, and some metallic and fresh woody notes.A very drinkable Barbados Rum, intense, rich, oily, and sapid with a long, dry, and spicy finale.

• 2008 Blended Malt Scotch Whisky (Linkwood & Glentouchers Distilleries)

  This blended Whisky composed of Linkwood 2008 aged in ex-Bourbon Hogshead cask and Glentauchers 2008 aged in a new American oak cask. Both distilled in 2008 and bottled in Scotland in 2022, only 180 bottles were produced.

  Tasting Profile (45% ABV)
  On the nose we find notes of banana, banana ice cream, vanilla, white and yellow flowers, almond flowers, green almonds, cream, brioche, and patisserie, alongside elegant white and yellow fruits. On the palate, a smooth and sweet start, with a long, dry, pungent finish and lingering pear note.

• 2008 Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky (Glenrothes Distillery)

  A Glenrothes Single Malt from Speyside. Aged in Sherry Butt cask, distilled in 2008 and bottled in Scotland in 2022, only 180 bottles were produced.

  Tasting Profile (45% ABV)
  Initially very malty, with dominant notes of wine-like sherry, red plum, and red fruits, ending with dry spices, walnuts, hazelnuts, almond oil, a reminiscence of dark woods. Really opulent, bold, and tannic, with a slight oiliness and a bitter, dry finish.
