Cigars and Drinks Pt I

CIGARS and drink pairings is a huge topic. Everyone has their favourite, and we’re here to tell you about a few today and in future columns, but – first, we’ll add the caveat that we wish could be stuck on all boxes of fine cigars instead of the disgusting so-called health warnings we have to endure. Why don’t they put a picture of a naked obese person on every burger wrapper?

Windowpane Wonderings

GREETINGS, fellow cigar lovers. A couple of pleasant hours this week were spent contemplating the existence of mankind while watching raindrops track down the window of Sautter and thick, blue smoke curling to the ceiling.

Remember, Remember

The season of mists and mellow fruitfulness is well and truly upon us and as misguided adults and pyrotechnic kids spark up fireworks for the next couple of weeks, one can’t but wonder whether Mr Fawkes and his gang might have been onto something all those years ago.
