How Many is Too Many?

How big is your cigar ‘collection?’ Is it really a collection? If it were wine, it would be a ‘cellar’. If it were books, a library. A collection of cigars then, is perhaps a humidor – or more romantically, perhaps a Keep, Vault or Cave?

There things that naturally go as well with cigars as fish does with chips or Lennon does with McCartney. Think cigars and Scotch, cigars and Cognac, cigars and coffee, cigars and celebrations. There are also things that may need a bit more shoehorning together, but nonetheless work. Ever tried a Cuban cigar with good vanilla ice cream, for instance? Amazing.

Wherever a cigar lover goes, he or she has a little cigar-shaped portion of their conscious brain, always on the lookout. You know what we mean; you’ll be walking down a street in a city near or far and the rare scent of good tobacco drifts to your nostrils.
